The crew leader and his crew did an outstanding job for us!
They started our experience with Ohio State Waterproofing on the right path by arriving at our home on time. This was a positive ‘first impression’.
The crew leader is an extremely courteous, professional and knowledgeable employee. He satisfactorily answered all my prepared questions as well as those that came up during his preview of what they were to do.
He reviewed, in detail, all the items checked by the salesman in the agreement, making sure that I understood everything and that nothing was being omitted or forgotten.
The crew did their best to keep everything as clean as possible by covering the hallway floor, basement steps and items in the basement with plastic. This was greatly appreciated. Precaution was taken not to damage bushes and shrubs outside while excavating.
After the job was completed, everything inside and outside was thoroughly cleaned and restored to our satisfaction. All construction materials were recovered and hauled away.
On the first day, minor damage was done to the very soft lawn and sprinkling heads along the driveway as the truck tried to maneuver around the side of the garage. This damage was quickly repaired to our satisfaction.
We are completely satisfied with the men, the work and the results of this project. The only thing left is to enjoy a dry basement from now on. A coworker who had his basement done by Ohio State told me that we would be pleased with the results. The crew leader and his crew did not let us down.
