I am writing this letter as a recommendation in support of Ohio State Waterproofing, the foreman, and the crew.
As the waterproofing of our basement comes to an end it is interesting to see how accurate the original instructions were to the final outcome of the job. During our conversation with the sales representative we had asked several questions which were of concern to us. One of our main concerns was the idea of a three to eight foot trench being dug around the house, especially due to the fact that we had recently planted rose bushes around the house. The sales representative assured us that each plant, the landscaping fabric, and the mulch would be replaced exactly how it was disassembled. Being honest, there was some skepticism towards how well everything would be replaced.
As the crew began to dig the trenches it became extremely evident exactly how real this procedure was going to be and therefore my concerns arouse once again. The foreman of the crew was great due to the fact that he made ample time to explain exactly what was taking place, answer any new questions, and continuously assure me that everything was going smoothly. Overall, each member of the crew seemed to be extremely helpful and informative.
It was amazing how fast, efficient, clean, and professional the group as a whole was. Our plants and everything else was put back in its original place. Ohio State Waterproofing and this crew in particular were wonderful. I believe I can speak on behalf of my husband and state that we would be more than willing to recommend your company and crew to a friend.
