I am writing in regards to the waterproofing job completed at my residence. I wish to commend the fine work of your employees. They arrived to begin work promptly, were courteous during the times that we spoke, and even completed their difficult tasks in a professional manner.
The foreman was especially helpful in explaining the work that had to be done, and answering any questions offered. My wife and I were very impressed with the neatness of their work, and the care that was taken in not damaging the plants and bushes around the house. Much care was taken to protect our belongings during the very dirty interior work.
Although your waterproofing system has not been tested by a heavy rain, I would not hesitate for one second to refer business to Ohio State Waterproofing, based solely on the professional work of your employees.
