My wife and I are writing this letter to express our sincere appreciation for the masterful job your foreman and his crew performed in waterproofing our basement. During the course of the past three days, the time in which it took to complete the job, each member of the crew conducted himself in a manner that was professional, courteous and overall productive. Additionally, we were impressed by the foreman’s firm grip on product knowledge which ultimately enabled him to answer any and all questions we had pertaining to the job. Likewise, we were also impressed to witness the great care he and his crew provided in ensuring that our lawn and personal property (including our two dogs) were not compromised in any way.
Surprisingly, the foreman and his crew accomplished their work much quicker than we had anticipated. Also very diligent care was taken in cleaning up all dirt, dust, and debris in and around their work area. Given the fact that I am a home improvement contractor myself, I can truly appreciate workmanship that is both high quality and time efficient such as this.
My wife and I are thoroughly convinced that the work your company performed will finally give us peace of mind in no longer having to worry that our basement will leak every time it rains. Again, I would like to complement the foreman and his crew for performing a most professional and efficient job. Each crew member displayed to my wife and I that they are a real asset to Ohio State Waterproofing. We feel that individually and as a whole that you should know they do a most outstanding job representing your fine company.
