The writing of this letter is in response to the level of quality and service that has accompanied this week’s effort in waterproofing our home.
The writing of such correspondence is not common for us, as we have never felt it necessary, for reasons neither good nor bad. However, after dealing with your foreman, and the rest of the team, I find myself wanting to express how appreciative we are for the high level of service provided.
Not only was the job completed sooner than anticipated the quality, efficiency and professionalism that accompanied the work was quite impressive.
For these reasons alone, we are thankful for choosing Ohio State Waterproofing. However, it was the caliber of people carrying out the work that truly made the difference. Everyone involved was polite, sincere, and attentive in their work. I was fortunate to be at home during the effort, performing brief inspections from time to time. Upon each pass, I was impressed by what I had seen. Minimal disruption to surrounding areas, clean work areas, precise craftsmanship, and attention to detail both in the work itself, as well as with returning work areas as closely as possible to prior conditions.
As impressed as we were, we also felt it necessary to give special thanks to the crew foreman. Exemplifying all of the aforementioned character traits and more, he proved to be everything that a leader should be. Time was taken to walk us through the work to be performed, explaining what would be entailed at each stage. Every question was handled with careful, detailed explanation. Periodic reviews were requested to show what had been done, and what was to come. However, what impressed us the most about the foreman was his ability to eliminate the anxiety commonly associated with a job of this degree. Instead he provided us with a level of comfort that the work was being done right. Aside from the quality of the work itself, this is what made the difference for us. The foreman proved himself a proud representative of your company. Such character is all too uncommon in today’s workplace.
As you know, people make the difference. Your crew was exceptional, and should be rewarded.
