To Whom It May Concern at Ohio State Waterproofing Company,
I am taking a moment to thank you for having such a great and knowledgeable staff. Your foreman and crew started waterproofing my house (inside and out) on a Wednesday. They were here every day by 7:15-7:20 a.m. and knew before the even got out of the truck what the game plan was for the day! Today is the third and last day of the waterproofing process and I have to say I was really impressed with the punctuality, politeness and demeanor of these guys! I did not think to pack up any breakables in my bar area before they started working. THEY did it for me while I was at work!!! Being a retail manager I know all about great customer service and I know these guys have got it! With the many questions I had have had along the way not one time was I made to feel like I was asking ridiculous questions and I really appreciate that. The crew answered my questions without any hesitation and made sure I understood everything they were telling me. The amount of work these guys do in such a short period of time is absolutely amazing to me. They are all such hard workers and should know how much they are appreciated. I’d give any of them a job at my store any day!
