With the “Ohio State Waterproofing” guys on the job, they made my life a whole lot easier and stress free. When I contacted them about my slab home seeping water in my living area, a salesman was sent out immediately. He walked us around our home, pointed out all my water problems and immediately told me that he believed to be our problem. We were impressed with what they had to offer, but we were hesitant about the cost, as most people are. We asked millions of questions and all were answered. Other than the price, there was nothing we wanted more, so we signed immediately.
Before the job was started, the foreman assigned to our job, walked me thru all the steps of what they were going to be doing over the next couple days. I asked millions of questions and the foreman on the job answered them patiently, without hesitation, never making me feel as though I was bothering him or his crew.
While the crew was here, we remembered other areas which gathered water, behind our house that we thought might or might not cause problems in the future, so they were brought to his attention. The foreman immediately acknowledged that they could be issues in the future, so he decided to try and prevent possible damages from happening. The foreman and his crew were punctual, and worked diligently to complete the job. They were very considerate of our confined spaces and they did things to keep the dust and dirt out of our house.
My husband and I are very happy with our Ohio State Waterproofing job.
