The sales person worked with us and came out many times to make sure we understood everything. He helped us so we could get the basement fixed the right way.
The work crew was very polite and they worked efficiently. They worked well around my small kids and 2 cats. The foreman worked hard to keep us informed of what they were doing and made sure we were happy. He even took the time to stop and answer any questions we had along the way.
When they were done the basement was spotless and like we were told that we would be able to live down there. They saved my plants on the outside and replanted them when they were finished. The yard was nice and clean too!
