We had the multi-level waterproofing system installed in our basement over the course of three days, beginning on January 18th, and ending on Tuesday 22nd.
The foreman that served on the project was accompanied by a friendly, diligent work crew. The crew was prompt, thorough and neat during each day at the work site.
I also found the foreman to be very personable and he provided very detailed-oriented explanations about the work he and his crew were conducting. He also kept us updated regularly about their progress. He even showed us areas of possible builder’s negligence with regard to cracks in our foundation and irregularities in the basement drainage system.
The foreman and his crew were very responsive and voluntarily installed several window wells for us as well. As new homeowners, we have experienced many frustrating situations that have gone unresolved with builders.
We truly appreciate the pride and effort displayed in the work completed by the foreman and his crew. They certainly have represented your organization very well. Thanks to Ohio State Waterproofing for providing us with a little extra sense of safety and peace of mind.
