We wanted to have a dry basement in order to be able to utilize the basement for our family activities. We had a company several years ago do work to eliminate the water in the basement. They did not do the job of making our basement dry.
This summer we were asking around to see who had a company waterproof their basement. Ohio State Waterproofing is the company that people said did their work and they were very satisfied with them.
We called the 800 number and we the sales rep came on time to our house. They were very professional. Looked over our basement and presented the entire process thoroughly and answered all our questions. We were so impressed, we referred them to our mother whose basement needed to be waterproofed. We agreed to have our basement waterproofed, and after a presentation, our mother did also.
We were not sure what to expect when the project began. We were very surprised with the actual waterproofing work. The foreman was always very professional and told us each day what they were going to do and how they were going to do it. The covered all items in the basement, moved items that needed to be moved, and returned all items to the way they were at the beginning of the project. They cleaned the basement and returned it back to its original state.
We are very impressed with the people we have been involved with from Ohio State Waterproofing. We feel we have finally had a company that did what they said they would do, and do it well.
