We recently had your multi-step waterproofing system installed at our house. The work crew arrived promptly at 7:30 on March 3 to begin the work. Upon arrival the foreman went downstairs with my husband and explained the work that would be done. We were pleasantly surprised at how quickly the workers started; they began breaking ground shortly after arriving. Any time an issue came up the workers were quick to find us, show us the issue, and explain what would have to be done. When they found that an existing water pipe had a slow leak right below floor level they made sure we were aware and let us know it should be fixed. They also let us know about a downspout that was clogged so far down we would have to have it snaked by someone.
It was reassuring how well they seemed to work together and how quickly the whole project was finished. It made us confident that your workers have a lot of experience and know exactly what they’re doing. Our basement, stairs, and outside were cleaned and the work was finished by 1 pm, March 4th. The foreman walked us through their work in the basement and outside and explained all of the details including the curing of the concrete and how the pump will work. We are happy to say the crew worked very professionally and efficiently while at our house and we appreciate that they always kept an open line of communication with us.
