To Ohio State Waterproofing:
Today is the fourth day since your crew arrived to complete the waterproofing at our home. Upon the crew’s arrival, the foreman identified himself. He has been very willing to inform the owner of the purpose for various stages of the project. This information has been useful to the home owner. The foreman has a good relationship with his crew members and they responded by working very hard. The crew members were polite and conducted themselves appropriately.
I have been impressed with the precision of the work and the quality and craftsmanship shown on both the exterior and interior stages of the project. There was a need for special consideration be given to future sewer and concrete work. Again, the foreman foresaw the problems associated with the sewer and concrete work and managed to work around these and prepare for future contractors entering the interior to complete plumbing and pour a new basement floor. Special care was given to our plants. It is my belief they will survive because of the crew’s careful treatment of them.
When there were questions and concerns, the foreman was able to answer them in a diplomatic and professional way.
This owner had many earlier concerns about Ohio State Waterproofing. After the completion of this project, these concerns are no longer present. It is my opinion that Ohio State Waterproofing has an excellent product. I am looking forward to determine if it does what it is advertised to do. If it does not, I feel comfortable that my sizable investment in waterproofing is backed up by a transferable life time warranty.
