I would like to take this opportunity to say that the crew that has been working on the waterproofing of my home for the past week has done an exceptional job. They have conducted themselves as gentlemen and have performed in a very professional manner. Whenever there was something that could not be done the way that was anticipated, the foreman would come and let us know and he would explain the various options we had and then a decision would be made. We were kept informed at all times what was going on. We never felt that we did not know that was going to be done. At one point the foreman had to have his supervisor come out because of a decision that had to be made and he was there very quickly so that there was no delay to the work. This was very satisfying to us and made us feel very comfortable with the job. The problem was solved and the job was not held up at all.
The work was performed in a very efficient and well maintained manner and the men kept the area as clean and unobtrusive as possible due to the type of work they were doing.
We found the various people we dealt with in the company to be well informed as to the company policies and explained things thoroughly to us. So far our experience has been a good one. We would recommend your company to other people.
